Surdez: Documentos Oficiais e Produção Social dos Sentidos - A Legitimação de Outras Construções Identitárias

Resumo

O ensaio, em questão, parte do problema de como os discursos sobre surdos e surdez, manifestados por conceitos relativamente estabilizados, constituíram a atual representação conceitual sobre a Língua Brasileira de Sinais - LIBRAS. Seguindo orientações metodológicas de intelectuais dos Estudos Culturais - EC (BHABHA, 2010; HALL, 2006, 2011; WILLAMS, 1969), entre outros; e da Análise do Discurso - AD (FOUCAULT, 1964, 2005, 2010; ORLANDI, 2007, 2009), almejamos, com este estudo, intensificar discussões sobre a construção do trajeto semântico-discursivo de um determinado conceito. Fato que lança outros olhares para além da identidade e, essencialmente, possibilita novas rotas culturais dialogarem no sentido de trocas entre grupos. Visto que reflexões precisam surgir nesse panorama com o objetivo de identificar novas materialidades e diversidades linguísticas presentes em nossa sociedade e, ao mesmo tempo, ratificar a legitimidade da LIBRAS como valor histórico cultural. Os resultados preliminares indicam o silêncio fundador dos discursos formadores da surdez no Brasil, atentando para o caráter constitutivo do surdo e de sua história e decifram as visões do conjunto social que o cerca, confirmando assim a hipótese inicial de que o percurso semântico-discursivo de um determinado enunciado muitas vezes não é levado em consideração no momento do uso.

Deafness: oficial documents and the social production of meanings- the legitimation of other identity constructions

This study starts from the problem which shows how the speeches from deaf people and deafness itself can be seen in stabilized concepts relative made by the current conceptual representation about The Brazilian Sing Language - LIBRAS. Following the methodological orientation taken from intellectual Cultural Studies (BHABHA, 2010; HALL, 2006, 2011; WILLAMS, 1969), among others; and from Speech Analysis (FOUCAULT, 1964, 2005, 2010; ORLANDI, 2007, 2009). With this research we hope to intensify discussions about the construction of the semantic-speech course from a stabilized concept relative given. The fact that calls attention beyond the identity basically makes possible to have new cultural courses to discuss matters by group view exchanges. So, reflexions must be made in this matter with the objective of identifying new linguistic materialities and diversities which are present in our society and, at the same time, ratify the legitimacy of LIBRAS as a historical cultural value. The preliminary results show the founder silence taken from the speeches which formed deafness in Brazil, thus focusing on the constitutive character of the deaf people and his background and, at the same time, interpreting the visions of his social surrounding the visions of his social surrounding to confirm the initial hypothesis that the semantic-speech course of a specific concept" many times is not taken in to considerantion.
