Formação técnica e a inclusão socioprofissional

Resumo

Este estudo aborda os limites materiais da inclusão socioprofissional dos filhos de trabalhadores egressos do Curso Técnico em Informática (2009) do IFRO de Ji-Paraná. De modo mais amplo, esta pesquisa insere-se nas discussões sobre o trabalho e a educação nas novas configurações e arranjos do espaço produtivo. A pesquisa é de natureza teórico-empírica e a metodologia de caráter bibliográfico, documental e de campo, tendo como referencial o materialismo histórico-dialético. Os resultados evidenciam as contradições sociais e econômicas típicas do capitalismo reestruturado refletidas no contexto educacional do Instituto Federal de Rondônia, onde se observam mecanismos excludentes a partir do processo seletivo que abrange apenas 4% dos alunos de baixa renda (01 ou menos de 01 salário mínimo) e a inserção no mercado de trabalho de apenas um dos seis egressos de uma turma de 40 alunos.

"Techinical formation and socioprofissional inclusion

This study approaches the objective limits to the socio-professional inclusion of working class and graduates of the Technical Course of Informatics (2009) of the IFRO of Ji-Paraná; in a larger way, this study underlines the discussions about work and education in the new configurations and arrangements of the productive space. The research is of a theorist and empirical nature, the methodology is bibliographic, documental and exploratory having as reference the historical-dialectic materialism. The results puts into evidence the social and economic contradictions typical of restructured capitalism reflected in the educational context of the Federal Institute of Rondônia where is observed excluding mechanisms since the selective process which embraces merely 4% of students of low-income (01 or less than 01 of minimum wage) and the graduate’s inclusion in the marketplace, to be precise only 01 of 40 students of the mentioned course.
